One-to-one sessions focused completely on you. We’ll work on strength, technique, and confidence, with clear steps to help you progress safely and consistently

6- & 12-Week Programmes

Structured plans laid out week by week, so you know exactly what to do, when to increase, and how to keep moving forward. Perfect if you like a clear plan to follow.

Hybrid
Package

The best mix — in-person training combined with your own programme to follow in between. You’ll build confidence in our sessions, then carry it through on your own with support.

Group Training & Classes

Small group sessions that are fun, strength-focused, and supportive. Great if you enjoy training with others in a friendly environment.
